I had taken Kade to get his shots the morning of the last week of August. Addi felt bad bad for Kade as he cried. Upon arriving home she went up to her room to clean it. She decided to stand on a basket to reach the top of her dresser and the basket tipped, knocking her knee into the handle of the dresser. She came downstairs with a band-aid on her leg, hesitant to show me her boo-boo. When I mentioned that it would need stitches she freaked out. She cried the whole way to the doctor and the whole time there, saying that she did not want a shot and screaming, "I am going to scream." (too bad for me that she'd already seen someone get shots that day) Afterwards she said that it wasn't too bad. Upon investigation of her room there was blood on her dresser, bed spread, sheets, and pillow. She must have danced around before getting a band-aid.

she's a pretty tough cookie! my kids are the biggest babies, they never would even think to go get their own band aid! that stinks that she'd seen kade get shots earlier, stinks, but also pretty funny to hear about.
We are sorry that she has a "boo boo." But it sounds like she came through it with flying colors. Are the stitches out yet?
