All I can say is...one of those days.

Josh left on Friday for Illinois. It is now Monday and I have shoveled the driveway every single morning since he left - and it's snowing again!!! I actually like to shovel, except that with a baby I have to wait until he's asleep. Which is tricky. And shoveling is not the first thing on my list to do once I have a few moments. So the real reason I'm writing this is because of Zack. He is potty trained and has been doing awesome, except for today! He has peed in his pants 5 times today!!! I send him to his room for a "bone rest" every day. He usually does not fall asleep, just plays in there. Today he fell asleep and peed his pants while asleep. He came downstairs when he woke up and I took his clothes off him. I then went upstairs to get him clean ones. He started screaming my name, which of course I ignored, and running around the house. I came downstairs and he had been peeing WHILE running around. I did not know a kid could have that much pee!! He peed on the kitchen floor, all through the dining room and front room, in my BEDROOM!!! I was so flippin mad. All I could think was, "do not touch him, you may not stop!" Five times today AND all through the house, good thing we have hard wood. I had to wash all of the floors. It was so gross!! He is dang lucky I had on shoes, because had I stepped in something barefoot I would not be writing this right now. I'd be with 911 explaining why I'm down to 3 kids!! LATER THAT NIGHT: I put a diaper on Zack, getting him ready for bed. He went into the bathroom, shutting the door. When he came out I glanced his way and noticed that his diaper looked REALLY heavy, saggy. I'm all, "Hey, what's up with your diaper? Did you pee in it?" "No, nothing, it's ok." "Can I see it?" "Um...ok" I take it off and there is a TAPE MEASURE inside!! He has been the tool man lately. He told me that he didn't have a pocket to hook it onto so he put it in his diaper so that he didn't have to carry it. How funny is that!!! Kids...huh.
