This party was so much fun to do. We came up with a Hello Kitty theme. We printed the invitations off the Internet and invited eight girls.

I made the cupcakes. They have rings on them, a good party favor.

I looked in a coloring book and drew up these forts. I added blankets out the back and made a big fort for the girls. It worked out really well as an activity for the girls to do while waiting for everyone to arrive. I also bought headbands from the dollar store. I hot glued kitty ears on it and a Hello Kitty bow. We painted their faces with whiskers as the girls arrived and handed out the headbands.

Because kitty's like milk we had a milk drinking contest. Hands had to stay behind their backs.

It was so funny to watch the girls dig in. One had glasses and had a hard time, which made it more funny.

I made a coloring packet. A friend and I took turns painting the girls nails and they colored while waiting. We also made bracelet's. I made a string maze in the backyard. I wound nine string paths all over. The girls each grabbed one end and had a race on who could gather up their string the fastest.

Next came presents and cake.

In addition to cupcakes we made pink popcorn and pink slush's complete with whipped creme and a cherry.

I made this pinata, supposed to be Hello Kitty, but ended up looking like a mouse - oh well. All in all the girls had a great time.

Happy Late Birthday Addi! Looks like everyone had a great time at the party. Great "Kitty" ideas Kristene.
WOW!!!!
What a party! I'll call you next time I want a smash-a-roo one.
Could you please come out to Oklahoma and throw a party for Lily in April. I am not that creative and just don't like doing all that work! You did awesome! Looked like everyone had a blast! Good job!
I LOVE IT!! Those little shops were so adorable! I'm totally socking that idea away for another time! HAPPY BIRTHDAY (for real this time) ADDI!!!
And I will add my 2 cents to this list: I'm so glad you gave Addi a great party--that's important. She'll remember them. Wish I could have been there! :)
How fun, Kristene! I'm with Millie- there will be much copying. P.S. I have to buckle Keegan into his high chair too.
