Our visit to Santa!

So if you remember from a past blog I told my kids that they were not getting very many gifts this year for Christmas. It has kind of backfired on me. Cameron wants an ICoster -$90.00 and Eye Clops (night vision gogles) for $90.00. Hello!! There goes $200.00 on two gifts! This week he has decided that he only wants a Ninentdo DS, scratch everything else he wanted. Hello -still $200.00 to get the set up! I told him that Santa only buys gifts that parents approve of because he does not want to make parents mad. (I am afraid that he will never get off the thing. I already have to moniter the computer and TV time.) He decided that he'd better have some back up gifts to tell Santa incase he won't get him the DS. So we went to see Santa, the kids all loved it! We get to the car and Cameron starts sulking - "I forget to tell Santa my back up toys." I couldn't help but to laugh. Zackery had been waiting for Santa for weeks. I was so glad we got to see him - I don't think I could have taken another day of asking when he would be at the library. Zack stood in amasement for a few seconds just watching the big man. He smiled the rest of the night.
