So, I went to sign up my kids for soccer and another mom was there. She asked me if I would be her assistant if she were the coach. Having never played or watched a game in my life I said yes. I was then called to be the assistant to another gal, who like me, has never played. Yes, it was sad. We had to ask the refs at our first game how many players went on the field at one time. It's a good thing the kids were 4 and 5 or else they may have though we were crazy. However, being that young, they loved us. It was great!! I had a lot of fun. Today I was suckered into coaching t-ball. I do know a lot about baseball - so I'm good to go with that.
